The portfolio
Not a chart on a screen. Real buildings, in real cities, with real families living in them and rent coming in every month. This is where the ideas become brick.
What I own
I've spent the last few years building a real estate portfolio of more than a thousand units across several states. Multifamily apartments, self-storage, and commercial buildings. The kind of assets that cash flow month after month and grow quietly over years.
This is the other half of the LegacyRx™ idea. The conference and the book are about why. This is the what. And when I invest alongside other physicians, we do it the same way I do it for my own family: high-performing, cash-flowing, and boring in the best possible way.
Latest acquisitions
The next one
There's a growing portfolio behind these three, and room for a handful of physicians on the next multifamily acquisition. The easiest way in is a short conversation.
