LegacyRx 2026 has happened. Three days at Hotel Indy, twelve speakers, a Saturday of sessions with a live case study, and Sunday at the Colts game. Thank you to everyone who filled the room.
People in the room
Twenty conference seats and twenty VIP, eight of them Legacy. We kept it small on purpose, because the conversations are the product, and nobody had to shout over a crowd.
The headlights
Anyone who has driven home late knows it. The highway is empty, the dark goes on, and even when you're sure of the direction, the loneliness rides along. Then headlights fill the rear view. One pair, then a line of them. Nothing about the road changes. Everything about the drive does.
You will probably never meet most of them. You won't share an exit. Some are headed somewhere you've already been, and some are going farther than you ever will. But for these miles, tonight, you're traveling together. And that turns out to be enough.
The shape of the weekend
Drinks and dinner conversation opened the weekend, so most of the room knew each other by name before the first session.
A full day of sessions at Hotel Indy with meals covered, and a live case study the room was invited to argue with.
The VIP group watched the Colts at home from a field suite, with food and drinks handled.

The faculty
A surgeon, a former NBA guard, a dentist who became an owner, a pharmacist closing the day, and the advisors, operators and specialists in between. With forty five seats, everyone in the room could actually meet them.
Saturday runs from 8:00 to 5:30, and every speaker stays for the open half hour afterwards.
