Never wire money on a hunch again.
You have never put a dollar outside the market
- Somebody pitched you an investment and you could not tell if it was any good.
- You own stocks and a home, and you suspect that is not the whole picture.
- You want the plain version before anyone sells you the glossy one.
You already have
- You are in a syndication and want to know what to watch while it runs.
- The next pitch is in your inbox and you want a better way to judge it.
- You are coming to October and want to arrive already fluent.
Why Geoff
Three reasons.
01He is a Personal CFO at INVST. His job is to make a family's whole financial life fit together, not to sell one piece of it.
02He moderates the alternatives panel at LegacyRx 2026 on October 17, with the people who run these investments for a living.
03He has nothing to sell you, so he can tell you when the answer is no.
In one hour
Three things you leave with.
How each one pays
Real estate, oil and gas and solar, in plain terms: where the return comes from, what can go wrong, how long your money is committed, and where the tax angle really is.
What they cost you
Every one of these has a price beyond the check you write: years without liquidity, fees, and the loans behind the investment. You will know that price before you sign, not in year four.
What to ask before you wire
Five questions for any sponsor: the track record through a bad year, the fees, how much of their own money is in, what the debt looks like, and what has to happen for the exit to work.
Then October
The hour is the preview. The weekend is the room.
Geoff's Saturday panel at LegacyRx 2026, October 16 to 18 at Hotel Indy in Indianapolis, takes the same subject into a room of forty five, with the people who make these returns for a living answering for them and your questions asked across a table.
Stay to the end of the call and you get a live code for a discount on any ticket. If you already hold one, come anyway and bring the colleague you have been meaning to convince.
Before you ask
Four quick answers.
Do I need to be an accredited investor to attend?
No. Anyone is welcome. Some of the investments themselves are only open to accredited investors, and Geoff will say which ones.
Is this a pitch?
No. Nothing is being offered on the call and nothing is for sale. Geoff's job is to make a family's whole financial life fit together, not to sell one piece of it.
What if I cannot make it live?
Register anyway and the recording comes to you. The live code for LegacyRx 2026 is only given on the call, so come if you can.
I already have a ticket to October. Should I still come?
Yes. This is your preview of Geoff's Saturday panel, and the easiest way to show a colleague what the weekend is like.
This session is educational and is not tax, legal, or investment advice. Please consult your own advisor about your circumstances. Alternative investments carry risk, including the loss of principal, and many cannot be sold for years. Some are available only to accredited investors. Nothing on this page or on the call is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security.
