From the book · Chapter 15
On December 3, 2014, my dad, Dennis Stephenson, was the breakfast speaker for the Southside Catholic Business Professionals. He talked for half an hour, and someone had the good sense to film it.

From Chapter 15
My dad never completed the Storyworth book, but in a way only God could have arranged, we still received something priceless. We have his stories. We have his humor. We have his business wisdom. We have his faith. Most importantly, we still have his voice.
A life can keep producing value after the person is gone. The greatest legacy may not be an account, company, or building. It may be a voice that still guides the next generation.
The book
The book opens at my dad’s funeral, and Chapter 15 is about the lessons he left me. The rest of it asks the question his life answered: what are you building that will still matter when you are gone?
